Massive beings that hail from distant lands, Goliaths roam alone or in small packs. They value a warrior’s spirit and look to achieve great tales in their lifetime. It is rumored that Goliaths are the male descendents of early Asrai before the Golden Age, as many possess similar tattoos and other markings of a curious ancestry. However, as many things are, that information has been lost to the annals of time.
Goliaths possess extreme physical abilities, and although magic capable, believe in the warrior’s spirit to perform their deeds with their own hands. Goliaths are comfortable interacting with most species, but have an unusual hatred of goblins. As Goliaths are related to all hominidae, it is common for these wandering warriors to take spouses from other species. It is unknown how long a goliath can truly live, as many die performing their last heroic action.
