Ollariem.jpg

Located in the northern part of Shepherds Rest, Ollariem is home to Esterin’s most magical species: Glisari, Elementals, Djinns, and Wyrms. Hidden away since Surna’s disappearance, its leader has decided it is time for its inhabitants to return to the world once more to help in the battle against the Darkness.

At Ollariem’s center stands an enormous tree, bigger than any other found in the Realm, large enough for the royal family and other high-ranking officials to reside within it. Beneath the Elder Tree lays a large cavern, home to an endless, depthless spring that is said to be the point of Atara Adra’s blessing and energy that keeps Esterin alive, along with the mana springs and ley lines from Elseldir.

HISTORY:

When Surna fell and the gods seemingly abandoned the realm, the Guardians of Ollariem, by command of its young leader, Nalina, rooted themselves to seal away the city from the rest of the world, choosing to preserve what they valued most: life, and the spring that gave it. The massive state of the Guardians allowed for those who happened to pass by to believe they were merely traversing a dense, rolling forest, full of immense and thriving plant life.

Miles of ocean and years away have caused the majority of Esterin’s citizen’s, except those who were around before Surna’s disappearance, to forget about the city. That is, until notes appeared on the doorsteps of every other leader of Esterin that had fought the Old Ones, offering aid.

POPULATION: 50,000 (Glisari, Elementals, Djinn, Wyrms)

Truly massive beings that, when rooted, limbs and body parts can pass for fields and trees, hills and valleys, and various plant life, until the beings decide to move, shifting the entire landscape with them. Although they are not exceedingly fast, their power is nearly unmatched except for those of incredible strength. Now awakened once more, they roam freely around Ollariem causing the landscape, and Ollariem’s entrance to be ever changing. This is not a playable race or organization.
